    Welcome to WinzyAI, a Telegram Mini App designed for fun, rewards, and AI-powered engagement. By using WinzyAI, you agree to the following terms:

    1. Eligibility

    • You must be at least 13 years old to use WinzyAI.

    • Access is available to anyone with a valid Telegram account.
    • By using the app, you confirm you are legally allowed to participate in activities that may involve token rewards in your jurisdiction.

    2. No Personal Data Collection

    • WinzyAI does not collect email addresses, phone numbers, or sensitive personal data.
    • Your interaction is limited to your Telegram ID and username, which are used only for in-app functionalities (e.g., leaderboards, referrals, rewards)
    • We do not store or share user data with third parties.

    3. User Conduct

    • You agree not to misuse the app, spam, or attempt to exploit any bugs or systems for unfair advantages.
    • Any fraudulent activity (such as using multiple accounts, botting, or tampering with gameplay) may result in permanent bans or forfeited rewards.

    4. Rewards & Token Distribution

    • Rewards are offered as Gems or Winzy Tokens based on participation, contest performance, and referrals.
    • Winzy Tokens may be distributed during special events (e.g., airdrops) and may carry future utility within the ecosystem.
    • All reward distributions are final. WinzyAI reserves the right to adjust, cancel, or pause reward systems without prior notice in case of abuse or technical issues.

    5. AI Agent Usage

    • Users may create and share AI agents. Each interaction is subject to fair usage limits (e.g., 2 free uses/day).
    • Agent creators may earn rewards based on usage volume and platform policies.
    • Offensive, harmful, or illegal agent content will be removed and may result in account bans.

    6. Contests

    • Each contest has specific rules, scoring systems, and prize structures which must be followed.
    • WinzyAI reserves the right to disqualify participants who violate rules or attempt to manipulate outcomes.

    7. Limitation of Liability

    • WinzyAI is provided "as-is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, nor are we liable for any loss of rewards, missed airdrops, or token price volatility.
    • Users are responsible for securing their Telegram accounts and managing their own interactions.

    8. Changes to Terms

    • WinzyAI may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the app implies acceptance of the latest version.
